The Nor-Cal Keeshond Club opposed the so-called "California Healthy Pet Act".  AB1634 was a mandatory spay/neuter bill that was defeated this past summer.  However, new legislation will be introduced again in January 2008 so we must be vigilant to what will be coming up.
